2. Orders & Payment
- We process all transactions securely through WooCommerce and WooPayments.
- Payment is required at checkout—no chump IOUs!
- Prices are listed in USD, and applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.
3. Shipping Policy
- We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
- Orders typically process within 1-3 business days.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, but if there’s an issue, contact us and we’ll do what we can to help.
4. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
- No refunds. All sales are final.
- However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right by sending a replacement at no extra cost.
- To request a replacement, contact me at michael@sabordesigns.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
- We do not replace items for normal wear and tear or customer damage.
5. Product Quality & Variations
- Each token is printed with high-quality materials, but slight variations in color may occur due to screen differences or printing processes.
- Custom orders (if applicable) must be reviewed and approved before printing.
6. Privacy & Security
- We respect your privacy. Your payment details are processed securely through WooPayments.
- We do not store or share payment information.
